WEEK OF JULY 6th, 2026
Tuesday, July 7th - Boat ramp parking lot under the 210 bridge
Wednesday, July 8th - Christ Episcopal Church, ground level parking lot (north end)
Thursday, July 9th- Nocatee Splash Park parking lot
Time: 7am - 8:15am (Sharp pickup please! All adults you see during summer conditioning are volunteering their time)
What to bring: plenty of water, towel, a foam roller if you have one
