Athletic Clearance Registration
2024/25 Athletic Clearance
You must register by following the below process to participate with PVHS Cross Country. Each athlete must be medically cleared/approved, and complete all FHSAA videos prior to the season beginning on July 29, 2024. ALL CLEARANCE PAPERWORK SHOULD BE SUBMITTED ONLINE BY THE END OF JUNE 2024!
Please follow the following steps for registration -

2 - NFHS Courses - https://nfhslearn.com/courses - On the left margin, select "student", "all" and "free". From there, student athletes need to complete the following three (3) courses:
- Concussion in Sports
- Heat Illness Prevention
- Sudden Cardiac Arrest
When you complete each video, be certain to save the certificates to your computer so can you can upload each during the athletic clearance.com process.

All athletes and their parents/guardians must fill out the following at https://www.athleticclearance.com in order to participate with the team. Athletes will not be allowed to start official practice on July 29, 2024 until these forms have been completed and verified (NO EXCEPTIONS).
If you have a valid EL2 doctors physical form from last season/year (not expired and less than 1 year from date of exam) you are cleared to participate in summer practices until said form has expired. But you must upload the valid form and follow all steps above for the upcoming season.
BOTH PARENT AND STUDENT ATHLETE MUST SIGN/DATE PAGE 4 OF THE EL2.

* To complete this clearance in full, you should have a fully signed and scanned EL2 physical form from your doctor and reviewed the courses in bullet #2. All of this will be completed through the https://www.athleticclearance.com or follow the links from our PVHS Athletics page.
